     尼日利亚,索要样品:ezinne grace company nig.ltd尼日利亚的一家公司,不知道是不是骗子,问我们要样品,但就是不肯付任何费用.尼日利亚,付款方式:我有个同事,有个nigeria客户,定了两个containers,先t/t了两千美金,余下的等到货物出运后,传真b/l copy后付清。结果货物出运,该客户就再没有消息了。广交会上,这个客户来找我的同事,说他怎么怎么有苦难,哀求我的同事先把正本b/l给他,因为昂贵的滞港费。我的同事心一软(其实也因为两个人不是第一次合作了,算是老客户了),便相信了他,把b/l给他,结果钱货两空,我的同事赔给工厂十几万。所以可见,就算是老客户也有不守信的时候,有时候国家的环境不是他一个人能改变的。
    
     所以你说你的客户给你30%t/t,还付给你usd11000,但一旦他的市场的经济情况发生变化,那怎么办呢。不错,他是很有诚意,t/t给你30%还预付你一万多的运费,可是他毕竟还处在nigeria那个大的经济环境中,所以我也拿不准,保险点呢,应该t/t全部到帐后再出货的,可你又不想放弃这次合作,先和客户谈判一下吧,或许你可以说服他。如果他不同意,那就看你的最后决定,但你一定要谨慎哦。

     来回都是英文的,我看不懂英文,都是我们公司翻译帮我看得,所以只写一个大概。
    
     那时发生在很久很久以前,有多久呢?答案是:上个月!!
    
     我们收到了西非国家的一个贸易公司的询盘:125000打毛巾。
    
     虽然我对多哥能够要这么多毛巾感到疑惑,但是不能一开始就断定阿。
    
     我们很快的报了cnf多哥的价格,第二天,那个公司来邮件,说我们的价格还好,因为国家规定,和我们签订合同需要非洲的一个合同委员会允许,要我们把他们打印好的一份合同发送到一个合同同委员会的邮箱里面。
    
     对此,我为他们想,可能是国家制度不同罢了,于是我们照办。
    
     有过了一天,合同委员会来信,说是合同通过了,需要我们支付350usd的费用。
    
     对此,我们还抱有1%100000000000000000000000000的希望,希望对方不是坏人,于是回了一封信:你们可以帮我们垫付,等到我们生意开始做了,你们可以加倍的在货款当中扣除。
    
     至此,多哥的公司犹如人间蒸发一般渺无音信了哦。。。。。。。。。。。
    
     因为本人刚刚涉足外贸,不是很懂,只当参考,嘿嘿。。。。。
    
     西非,索要免费样品:
    
     我是做电子礼品出口的,现在基本上每天都收到尼日利亚和贝宁的商业来函.绝大部分都是骗局.我对这些函的处理意见如下:1.我做礼品的,毕竟知道我们国家是礼仪之邦.我相信尼日利亚也有好人,也有坏心肠的,但总的商业诚信之风败坏.由于人口众多,市场潜力却是很大.对来函我都会打开,并不是一看到nigeria就删除。
    
     2.如果看到来函自称是某政要或某名人的儿子,遗孀,侄女之类的,不管说什么我都一律删除。
    
     3.如果是要样品的,我会要求他们寄样品费和运费。记住一定要考虑运费,到非洲的运费很贵的。我曾遇过一个骗子,他要我的很多样品,我要求寄样品费,他来函说:we would like you to know that our company is different from other companies you have done business with in nigeria, i want to tell you that some of them are not registed by nigeria goverment, if you want us to pay for your sample we would pay, but we would like you to know that business is not done that way.说的很诚恳的。我坚持说我公司的原则是超过usd10.00我们要收样品费的。不久他又来函要了几个小样,才几十元人民币的样品,并同意运费到付,告诉了我fedex的帐号。我真准备好样品寄的时候,发现帐号是英国公司的。我去函给他问他为什么不自己付运费,要他告诉我英国公司的电话,我们要核实一下。而他就再没有回复消失了。
    
     4.如果遇上客户要报价,而且价格不还就说ok,数量大又马上要提供形式发票的。那肯定是有个圈套的。我会马上回函:welcome to china!
    
     5.对样品费和运费一律收现金。不收任何支票和本票。
    
     6.如果不能判断客户是不是骗子,我有个诀窍:和他讨论产品问题。对有耐心能够真正和你讨论样品的质量和技术问题的才是真正的客户。
